Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Note: downgrades do not qualify for a refund on the current billing period.
Is there a commitment period?+
No, all our plans are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe. All transactions are secured with bank-level encryption.
Does Socius Trades access my trading funds?+
Never. We only have read-only access to your trading data for analytics. We cannot execute trades or move funds on your behalf.
Which brokers are supported?+
We currently support cTrader and MetaTrader 4/5. We are constantly expanding our integrations.
Is my trading data secure?+
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use OAuth2 with PKCE for broker connections and never store your broker credentials.
Can I try Pro features before subscribing?+
The Free plan lets you explore the platform for as long as you like, with no time limit and no card required. You can move up to Pro or Ultimate whenever you want, and change or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
